Where it all started
Nadya was the only child to an Iraqi father and Lithuanian mother that immigrated to the US when she was a child. As any single child can attest to, it gets pretty lonely not having anyone to play with or bother when your parents have had enough of you for a day or are away. That’s where Nadya’s desire to have a large family started off from. She would get what she wished for, but it would turn her whole life in its head.
