Replacing some of the high calorie, processed foods in your diet with the following low calorie foods will help to keep you fit and healthy.
1. Black Rice

At only five calories in a cup, lettuce provides the perfect low calorie base for many nutritious meals. Those that are dark and rich in color provide more nutrients. Romaine lettuce is not only low in calories but is also a source of vitamin C, A and K as well as folate.
